THE FUNCTIONALITY

Vi.co Hospital has been designed and tested by the Fondazione Bambini e Autismo ONLUS research team, with the goal to develop clear, step by step procedures organised in a simple and well-structured platform.
Thanks to these characteristics, during use, a significant improvement in the compliance of children and adults suffering from Autism Spectrum Disorders was immediately detected, with respect to the visits and examinations to which the patients were subjected.
Currently available procedures are: ultrasonography, electrocardiogram (ECG), electroencephalogram, physical examination, plaster of paris for broken arms, drawing blood, chest X-ray, radiography of arms, remove plaster of paris from arm, swab test, mask application, vaccination, Ophthalmology visit, dental visit, otolaryngology - ENT specialist.

The application offers a very simple interface, which facilitates immediate access to all users.

Visual code on three levels.

Depending on the individual level of understanding, it is possible to select between the use of an iconic code, a photographic code or video.

Multilingual platform

Vi.co offers a multilingual platform, in terms of the content as well as the audio of the procedures.
